Active Component

Active component product line includes high-performance continuous-wave and directly modulated 1550nm DFB lasers. It is compliant with ITU wavelength recommendations for multi-channel systems, optical transmitter, receiver modules and components for use in telecommunication systems and high-speed data communication applications.

Passive Component

We offer a complete line of fiber optics components for all fiber optics applications, including wavelength division multiplexing and sensor applications. The passive component comes in various operating wavelengths and fiber types such as singlemode, multimode and polarization maintaining. The list of components cover coupler, WDM, tunable bandeaus filter, fiber optics switches, fiber optics isolator, fiber optics collimator, fiber pigtailed collimator, fiber optics attenuate, polarization controller, fiber optics depolarize, fiber optics faraday rotator mirror, fiber optics in-line polarizes, compact time delay coil, delay line and more.

Fiber Bench Systems

Our fiber bench product line enables the construction of specific fiber-optic mini system that is not commercially available. The stainless steel fiber bench gives stability and high coupling efficiency. Options for building fiber bench kits or custom configurations are available.

Optical Fibers

We are able to deliver optical fibers at any length with connector termination upon request, for numerous applications. We have a wide range of high performance fibers such as photonics crystal fibers, communication grade fibers, sensor grade fibers, power delivery fibers, standard singlemode fibers, polarization-preserving singlemode fibers and photosensitive fibers.

Fiber Cleaners

Engineering and installation personnel, in spite of the severity of dirty connectors, often ignore fiber connector cleaning. We have several cleaning products to meet the diverse needs of the fiber optics industry. The fabric used in our cleaning products has successfully passed GR-2923 testing for which results are available upon request. The economical cost per cleaning of these units makes cleaning the affordable choice in the fiber industry. In addition, stick (swab) cleaners are available in a number of styles and sizes.

Accessories

Fiber optics accessories are common lab necessities to give you a better performance for your set-up. These accessories include bare fiber adaptors, fiber optics mating adaptor, fiber optics splice, electronic / manual cleaver, fiber preparation kit, fiber scribe, mode scrambler, infrared sensor card, index-matching fluid and UV curing epoxy.

Fiber Amplifiers

We have a series of laboratory fiber amplifiers in turnkey systems that come with drivers, control electronics, display panels, power supply and computer interfaces. Data transmissions EDFA in OEM module with integrated electronics or simple blocks are available too. The range includes:

Switches

We provide fiber optic switches for multiplexing of optical signals for different types of fibers and different numbers of channels. Standard configurations are switches from 1 by 1 up to 1 by 9 channels. The standard fiber diameter is 50micron up to 600micron. All kinds of connectors can be used. The small size of the switching box and the easy control using TTL signals make these fiber optics switches ideally suited for use as components of spectrometers or other metrology devices.

Fiber Optics Inspection

Our principal, a market leader for fiber optics inspection, sets standards for the design and manufacture of microscopes for the inspection of fiber optic terminations.

• PriorSpec II and the Pocket Fiber Microscope are ergonomically designed pocketsize microscopes for fiber optics inspection.
• Fiber Optic Bench Microscope has long working distance objectives that provide high quality inspection system for production environments.

Fiber Cleavers

Rugged and simple to operate, automatic and manual fiber cleavers are available with cleave angle of less than one degree. Ideal for applications where high accuracy, reliability and high production yield are required.

Fiber Preparation Kits

Our fiber preparation kits consist of a leather storage case filled with a variety of tools required to prepare a fiber for cleaving, splicing or connector termination including: a fiber jacket stripping tool, Kevlar® Shears and five fiber coating strippers for a variety of popular fiber diameters. The kit also includes Teflon® coated fine-tip tweezers to allow safe handling of bare fiber pieces.
